Blair and Gabby came home from Invercargill today. They have a wedding to go to this weekend.
They went with Rosie to visit and have lunch with Steve and Elena, and to see Dimitri, and all were well (I called round later after work).

Rosemary then took them up to the hospital to see Megan, Neil and Darius, and I believe Darius obliged with a bowel evacuation while Blair was holding him! Better out than in!
Megan got her marching orders today, and was being discharged at about 5:30pm. All system are apparently going, and the baby is responding well. Neil said he was cooking. Yum "fish and chips" from the takeaways!
Amazing - these days less than 48 hours 'confinement' for a NVB all going well! It used to be up to 2 weeks to help Mums and babies learn routines, get milk flowing, and do the bonding thing... I suppose that's called progress!
So all are out on the town or at home with their babies; Darby and Joan (aka Nannie and Grankie) are back home alone.
The boys are planning a session called 'wet the babies' heads' on Monday and I think I'm invited!
